The K-bus extension end terminal KL9020, like the standard end terminal KL9010, is plugged into the end of the bus terminal block and completes it. The KL9020 offers the possibility to connect an Ethernet cable with an RJ45 connector. The K-bus signals are converted to RS485; the supply is provided via the K-bus. The KL9020, together with at least one KL9050, forms a functional unit. Apart from the supply voltage of 24V and plugging in the Ethernet cable, no further parameterization and configuration work is necessary.
