The digital output terminal KL2408 transmits the binary control signals of the automation device, galvanically isolated, to the process level to the actuators. It is reverse polarity protected and processes load currents with overload and short-circuit proof outputs. The bus terminal contains eight channels, whose signal status is indicated by LEDs. It is particularly well suited for space-saving use in the control cabinet. For single-ended inputs, the connection technology is optimally suited. The prerequisite is that all components operate with the same reference point as the KL2408. The power contacts are looped through. The outputs are powered by the 24 V power contact in the KL2408.
